To ensure that the individual needs of all babies and young children in our care are met, we feel that liaising with mothers/fathers/carers on a day to day basis is important. You will personally be informed about your child’s day at Nursery by a practitioner who has been actively involved in providing the care of your child.
We use online learning journal Tapestry, to communicate your child’s activities and daily progress (available via both an app and a website), supporting their development here in the nursery setting and with you at home. Information provided includes:

We feel that all mothers/fathers/carers need to be given as much accurate information as possible about their child’s day at Nursery and we encourage you to share information with us related to your child’s interests, learning and experiences outside of Nursery.
Items Required by Nursery
A cold packed tea (once child is in Honey Bears Room)
Spare set of clothing (more if your child is potty/toilet training – also a spare pair of shoes-just in case).
Suitable outdoor clothing -during colder months, winter coat, hat, gloves, wellington boots. During warmer months, sunhat and T- shirt which covers shoulders.
Nappies/wipes and a pot of nappy barrier cream (where applicable).
