Big Noahs
The Pre-School is made up of three rooms; Giraffe room, Elephant room and Crocodile room.
These rooms are light and spacious with windows at low levels. Each room is equipped with furniture and resources which cover certain learning areas.
Toileting and changing facilities are located off of Giraffe room, and the children have independent access to this throughout the day, with the support of Practitioners should they need it.
Giraffe room is used at all meal times (breakfast, snacks, lunch and teatime). Children are seated together with the practitioners to encourage social interaction.
Pre-school children have access to the main nursery garden, during specific periods of the daily routine, where resources and equipment support the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Any children who have a sleep during the daily routine will be settled in Crocodile Room and supervised at all times by a practitioner.

Our little boy is so happy in nursery. The care is exceptional and we are ever so thankful for the good work the team does.
Having had a baby during the pandemic we were left in the situation of trying to pick a nursery without being able to tour any. From the outset the communications with Osborne House Community Nursery have been reassuring, informative and friendly.
My child has been with them from a young age and they have made nursery a part of his life an routine and he loves and gets exited to go. The staff cannot be commended enough for their approach and dedication to the children. Well done and when he leaves to join mainstream school will be a sad day. Absolute superstars.
Osborne House has brought on our boy loads – he loves going and seeing his friends and all the staff are wonderful with him! We’re really happy with everyone at the nursery and our little boy has been going since he was 1. We plan to keep him here until he starts school as he’s settled really well and loves everyone there – staff and peers alike
